Duane Dominy for TN State House District 59

Duane Dominy is the Republican candidate for the Tennessee House of Representatives in District 59. Some Tennessee political pundits discount the idea of a serious Republican candidate in this district. Still, Duane is running. Not because his values are Republican values or Democratic values. Duane is running because the ideas and principles he espouses are rooted in the values of Middle Tennessee and of America. In District 59 those ideas are currently sorely under-represented.

Incumbent Democrat Sherry Jones says she spends lots of time with teachers, working people, and those living their lives in the 59th every day. However, Jones’ per diem records shows she spends more time on Capitol Hill than she does talking to everyday voters in her district. Duane currently serves as a Nashville Metro Councilman. This means he not only already serves many residents of the 59th District, he lives and works in the heart of the 59th every single day! Now Duane wants to serve the people of the 59th and all Tennesseans by standing for the value of hard work and conservative principles on Tennessee’s Capitol Hill.
